Vietnam resumes visa exemption for citizens of 13 countries

Today, March 15th, 2022, the Vietnamese government released Resolution No. 32/NQ-CP, regarding visa-free travel to Vietnam for citizens of 13 countries including Belarus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Norway, Russia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom.

Citizens of these countries will be allowed to visit Vietnam for up to 15 days without a visa regardless of passport type and entry purpose. The waivers will last for three years, starting from March 15, 2022 to March 14, 2025, and an extension could be tabled in line with Vietnamese laws.
