Ms. Hoang Thu Huyen (LLB, MBA, BSc)

Founder & CEO

Ms. Huyen, the Founder and General Direc- tor of Asia Business Consulting, has over twenty years of professional experience in corporate structuring and formation, legal and tax advisory, finance management, project appraisal, and business consulting for both Vietnamese and international investors.

Before establishing Asia Business Consulting, Huyen served as Country Manager in Vietnam for a leading international consulting firm for more than eight years. She also worked as a business consultant at a top-tier Vietnamese law firm recognized by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific.

Throughout her career, she has advised and supported thousands of multinational corporations and SMEs from over 50 countries and territories across all continents including America, Europe, Asia, Australia and Africa in establishing and managing their operations successfully in Vietnam.

In 2024, Huyen served as the President of the Asia-Pacific Region of the Worldwide Independent Lawyers League (WILL). She is also frequently invited as a guest speaker at seminars and business forums on foreign direct investment and Vietnam’s regulatory environment.

Fluent in English and Vietnamese, Huyen is known for her professionalism, dedication, and passion for connecting global investors with Vietnam’s growing opportunities
